The Wall Street Journal reported on 11/16/2008 that Mr Rubashkin diverted millions of dollars in customer payments into the wrong bank account. This is his second arrest in the past month as he was arrested for allegedly helping illegal immigrants get fake documents. He is the former CEO of Agriprocessors Inc. where 389 people were arerested on May 12 in an immigration raid. Stemming from that raid are allegations of child labor and safety violations. The company has since filed for bankrupcy.
