Daniel S. Laikin

The CEO of National Lampoon, who owns interest in the Animal House and Vacation movies. He is being charged with conspiracy and securities fraud for trying to artificially inflate the companies stock price. He also is said to have paid kickbacks to a stock promoter.

A good quote from "Daniel Hawke, director of the S.E.C.’s regional office in Philadelphia,
said paying illicit kickbacks to arrange manipulative trades 'is brazen
misconduct and threatens to destroy any sense of fairness that
investors expect in the financial markets.'" Because really this is what fleecing is all about, taking advantage of all of those out there who follow the rules.
